Biskupská kupa (Bishop's Hill)

The stone observation tower is located in the altitude of 891 meters, built in 1898. The place is a pedestrian border crossing to Poland. The rock composition of the hill is also interesting.
The oldest observation tower in Jeseníky, built in 1898 by the German tourist association MSSGV to commemorate 50 years of rule of Emperor Franz Josef I., built on the spot of a wooden observation tower from 1890 (the same builders). Available to public since 1996, after reconstruction by Zlatá Hora municipality.

Opening hours

From May to September, the observation tower is open daily from 9 to 18 o’clock, from November to April only on weekends, holidays and vacations from 11 till 15 o’clock. Outside these terms, a visit can be arranged by phone

Admission

Adults - 16 CZK, children above 6 years, students and pensioners pay 8 CZK. Children below 6 years of age for free.
