The evidence of renaissance town expansion is, beside a lot of burgher houses and renovated town forts, mainly town hall buildings ( Staré Město, Branná). Picturesque examples of folk-like sacral architecture are wooden little churches in Maršíkov and Žárová.

Real architectonic treasures are chateaux newly built in the course of renaissance expansion – particularly the snow-white complex of Žerotíns´ chateau in Velké Losiny with architecturally intact interior equipped with period furniture, then a massive renaissance building in Ruda nad Moravou and a manor in Třemešek.

Třemešek Manor is famous for its magnificent portal, one of the most wonderful examples of renaissance plastic arts preserved in Šumperk area mostly in its funeral form, whether it is Bukůvka family´s sepulcher i Postřelmov or tombstones embellishing a number of churches.
